This Is Not a Government or Law Enforcement Office. Clear Creek County Warrant Records cannot confirm, recall, quash, or clear a warrant; accept bond or fines; arrange surrender; set court; or give legal advice. Contact the issuing court or responsible agency directly.
Need Official Warrant Information?
Match the question to the office before disclosing personal details. There is no dedicated public Clear Creek County warrant hotline or online name-searchable warrant list. A court-status question and a request for a copy are different tasks.
- State-court warrant status: Clear Creek Combined Courts, 405 Argentine Street, P.O. Box 367, Georgetown, CO 80444; 303-569-0820; ClearCreekClerk@judicial.state.co.us. Published hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., with a noon to 1 p.m. lunch closure and listed staff-meeting limits.
- Collections: the Colorado Judicial Branch publishes 303-569-0824. A balance or payment does not alone prove that a warrant was recalled.
- Sheriff records: Clear Creek County Sheriff’s Office front desk and Records Unit, 405 Argentine Street, P.O. Box 2000, Georgetown, CO 80444; 303-679-2376; recordsrequests@clearcreeksheriff.us. Published Records Unit hours are Monday through Thursday, 7:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., excluding holidays.
- Operational calls: non-emergency dispatch is 303-980-7300. Call 911 only for an emergency. Dispatch does not replace the court clerk for warrant status.
- Municipal matters: use the clerk or court for Idaho Springs, Georgetown, Empire, or Silver Plume when the citation names that municipality.
- Custody or bond: use the Sheriff’s official detention, custody, and bond channels. Bond terms and amounts are case-specific.
When calling a clerk, have the full legal name, date of birth, case or ticket number, court, municipality, and missed date if known. Ask whether a warrant is active, recalled, or quashed and what procedural step comes next. For a document copy, ask what identification, written form, fee, or access restriction applies. The Sheriff’s records form has no warrant checkbox and does not provide an instant status result.
